DSDM Atern Open Centre Examinations

We currently have the facility to offer a small number of 'on-demand' DSDM examinations at one of our 3 open centres.  Please contact servicedesk@apmg-uk.com or telephone 01494 452450 to speak to one of our service desk advisors who will be able to assist you with making an 'on-demand' exam booking.

Please note that we have limited exam places at our Open Centres and dates fill up very quickly. Please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

Application Details

Please download the DSDM Open Centre Application Form.

You can then email or fax the form to us with your credit card details, or post it with a cheque. Please note you will receive confirmation of your booking only after your form has been processed and payment has been received (when paying by card this will generally take between 2-5 working days). If you are paying by cheque, confirmation of booking will only be sent once our accounts department confirm that payment has been cleared (see our contact details on the Contact Us page).

Our exam dates fill up very quickly. We keep all information on this page as current as possible but please understand that we cannot guarantee availability for a certain date. If you submit a booking form for a date that has become full, Public Exam Administrator will contact you to discuss the options.

Please note we cannot invoice you for any bookings, payment must be made at the time of application.

Terms & Conditions

Once a booking is confirmed, please comply with the exam date. Please note the following apply to changes made to your exam booking:

• You are allowed to reschedule the exam date once, at no cost, as long as the change is made a minimum of 10 working days (Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays) in advance of the booked exam date
• If you reschedule the exam date a second time, an administration fee of £50 (plus VAT) will be charged
• An administration fee of £50 (plus VAT) will also be charged if you cancel your exam outside the 10 working days (Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays) notice period. You must notify APMG in writing or email of your intention to cancel the exam booking. The administration fee will be deducted from the fee paid and the balance will be refunded to your credit card within 30 days of the cancellation
• Your exam fee will not be refunded if you cancel your booking within 10 working days (Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays) of the booked exam date
• Your exam fee will not be refunded if you wish to reschedule your booking within 10 working days (Monday to Friday including Bank Holidays) of the booked exam date. A further exam fee will be payable for a new exam booking
• Please bring signed photo ID with you (i.e. valid passport or driving license)
• This exam is non-transferable and can not be re-sold.

You will receive a formal receipt for any payment made 4 - 5 weeks after you sit the exams.

On the Day of Your Exam

• Please aim to arrive in good time for the examination - we would suggest at least 15 minutes before it is due to start.
• Please bring signed photo ID with you (i.e. valid passport or driving license)
• Please bring a BLUE OR BLACK pen for writing your answers (scripts in pencil or other coloured inks cannot be accepted, although of course you can draft things in pencil first).
• No calculations will be necessary, so calculators are not required.
• No late arrivals will be allowed into the exam room, all candidates are responsible for arriving at the exam on time and no excuses will be permitted.   A further exam fee will be payable for a new exam booking if you are late.

Exams outside the UK

There is limited availability for public exams to be sat overseas in some countries via the premises of the British Council.  Please email us for further information on the country you would like to take the exam and we will advise you accordingly. Please email servicedesk@apmg-uk.com.
