APMG-UK accredits ITIL training organisations as Accredited Training Organisations (ATOs), who employ Accredited Trainers, to ensure that their internal processes match the quality standards set by APMG for delivering training to the ITIL marketplace.
Accreditation by APMG-UK offers a number of important, unique benefits for ITIL training providers. It allows a training provider to demonstrate to their potential delegates their commitment to consistently high standards. Training organisations benefit from our highly-automated exam systems, as well as receiving discounted publications rates, invitations to ATO "Away Days" and exams in 10 languages.

If so, you could benefit from APMG's Transition Plan. We aim to make transferring your accreditation as simple and un-disruptive as possible.
During the transition period, APMG-UK will honour an organisation's previous accreditation, where they have a valid OGC copyright license for use of ITIL IPR. This means those meeting the requirements below can continue to run "business as usual" while seeking accreditation with APMG-UK. This will include accredited trainers where their status as such can be proven.
