MSP® ACO Accreditation Criteria

Eligibility of MSP® Registered Consultants

To be eligible for certification as Registered Consultants, individuals must be sponsored by an ACO, pay the appropriate fee and meet the following criteria: -

• Have 2 years experience in management consultancy services in general and 2 years experience in the MSP method in particular
• Demonstrate knowledge of MSP by passing the MSP Advanced Practitioner Examination with a mark of not less than 43/75 (MSP post-July 2003, or 57/100 pre-July 2003)
• Be able to provide a minimum of four valid professional referees
• Be able to present full oral evidence of at least one completed management consultancy assignment
• Be able to present full oral evidence of at least one completed consultancy assignment
• Be able to provide a portfolio of evidence to show that the required standards can be met 
• Demonstrate that they will promote a professional image, particularly when presenting ideas and findings to a client.
