Why study the Diploma & Certificate?

The Diploma takes into account prior learning gained in your current role, allowing you to instantly apply your knowledge to your work situation.

The Certificate and Diploma are different to other qualifications because they are flexible, open qualifications designed specifically for Programme and Project Managers.

They:

• Cover various PPM methods, rather than focus on just one concept
• Are not rooted in theoretical issues. You can use your own programme or project throughout the course and will be assessed against something that is meaningful to you personally
• Recognise that projects are at the heart of management, through the link with the CMI
• Explicitly recognise prior assessed learning by granting exemptions to certain units
• Cover all stages in a Programme or Project Management life cycle from inception through to ensuring business benefits are delivered to the organisation
• Develop and assess PPM skills and knowledge
