First ITIL® V3 Intermediate Exams Available

APMG-UK is pleased to be able to offer the first 5 ITIL® V3 Intermediate qualifications to candidates through our network of Accredited Training Organisations.

The qualifications are:

• Service Operation
• Service Transition
• Operational Support and Analysis
• Release, Control and Validation
• Service Offerings and Agreements.

These exams will be offered through accredited training courses, initially in the English language, but will become available in a variety of other languages for international candidates. On passing any of these examinations, you will be awarded credit points towards the ITIL® Expert in IT Service Management certification.

The newly launched Intermediate Level has two streams: the Lifecycle stream and the Capability stream. They both assess an individual's ability to analyse and apply the concepts of ITIL®. You can take units from either of the Intermediate streams, to gain credits towards the Expert Level.
