ITIL® Intermediate Exams - Countdown to Launch

On 1 October 2008, the first 5 ITIL® Intermediate Level qualifications will be launched. APMG-UK's accredited training community will be offering courses in each syllabus, including the exam at the end of the course.

The first five Intermediate modules are:

• Service Operation (SO)
• Service Transition (ST)
• Release, Control and Validation (RCV)
• Service Offerings and Agreements (SOA)
• Operational Support and Analysis (OSA).
