APMG Launch P3O Qualifications Today!

Today saw the official launch of the Office of Government Commerce's official best practice guidance for Portfolio, Programme and Project Support Offices and APMG's P3O® Foundation qualification.

As OGC's Official Accreditor, APMG has accredited a number of training organisations which are ready to offer training and exams in this qualification in November.

The guidance is explained in the new publication Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices: P3O® – the official guidance from OGC. This title brings together in one place all the material on portfolio, programme and project offices that already existed within OGC publications such as PRINCE2® and MSP™. It introduces the latest thinking in this area of expertise, whilst providing practical guidance on establishing or reenergising a P3O®.

APMG intend to offer a Practitioner-level exam in 2009, assuming there is appropriate demand.
